Focus on core business tasks
Most companies have a core activity that is not IT-related. Using OrderPartner.com allows you to focus on these without the need to implement and support every interface required by your trading partners.
Reduce the complexity of trading
Choose from a number of simple data formats and protocols by which you can send us your trading data and we will implement the interfaces to your suppliers for you.
Transform between data formats
By providing the minimal data required, we can transform your requests into a format suitable to your supplier using a combination of stored data and dynamic requests. This prevents you having to repeat the same information with each request, for example, your account number, delivery address or invoice address.
Allow different transport methods
We will implement your supplier interfaces, submit your requests upon demand and maintain an audit trail of your transactions by converting between your request protocol and your suppier's acceptable request protocol and data format. For example, you may submit an order to us via SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) but your supplier only accepts orders via SOAP/HTTPS. In this case we accept your file and convert it into a HTTPS request containing a SOAP envelope and payload that is suitable to the supplier.
Improve the choice of suppliers
Once you have a customer interface with OrderPartner it is possible to submit trading information with both your existing suppliers and new ones, subject to them granting you an account and trading status.
Tools to monitor trading activity
As you trade with your suppliers through OrderPartner you will build up a secure trading history that can be accessed via the website, including reports and graphical representation of the stored data.
